So, we’re on month 4 of our Adventures in Dining. This means we have made one full circle, and Mike is up at bat for his second time. He’s the first to take the meal from dinner, and is making a three course breakfast this morning. He’s been hard at work in the kitchen since about 7 AM and is getting ready to start serving shortly….(Megan, where are you? You’re always early…) But, then again, we made her get up early for this one! 🙂
Since Mike is cooking, I’ve been able to smell the aroma of ancho chile rubbed bacon for hours…he forgot to buy enough for snacking, so we’re just getting to stare at it.
